The Item Must Be In Its Original Condition\/Packaging.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">This means if you place an order and you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you can return it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if there are faults in production and manufacturing and not for a change of mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"\"><span class=\"\">REFUNDS POLICY<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Items returned because they are defective, damaged or incorrect, will be either replaced, subject to availability, or will receive a full refund.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Please note, all refunds will be calculated as the original purchase price paid less the sum of the postage and packaging cost of the original shipping cost and return shipping costs for re-delivery back to our warehouse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Refunds are normally processed within four weeks of the package being returned to our production centre in Poland. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the items to you and pay reasonable shipping costs for returning the item to us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">We will check all items returned to us as damaged or defective. When multiple orders are placed each order will be processed separately.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"\"><span class=\"\">PACKAGING<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Gallery One takes care to pack all items securely. Should an item arrive damaged due to the failure of packaging or the mishandling by our logistics partner, you should write to us requesting a replacement and submit pictures of the damage. For shipments outside of EU additional 3-5 working days are required for standard international courier delivery. If more than one item is purchased within the same order all items will be shipped combined as one order, if multiple orders are placed each order will be processed separately.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"\"><span class=\"\">RECORDED DELIVERY<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">All orders must be signed for on arrival. On arrival the item should be checked to ensure it is delivered in good condition. If the item is not in perfect condition, please do not accept receipt of the item and it will be sent back to our Production Centre. If an item is subsequently found to be damaged after the customer has signed for it, we may assume that the damage has been caused post-delivery and we will not accept returns on damaged items.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"\"><span class=\"\">TRACKING AND ORDER<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Parcel tracking numbers will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us with your order number at\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"mailto:info@novox.com\">i<\/a><a class=\"\" href=\"mailto:info@novox.com\">nfo@novox.com<\/a>\u00a0and we will send you you\u2019re tracking number<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"\"><span class=\"\">DELIVERY DAY<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Normally, our logistics partners will arrange a suitable time for drop off in advance. If, for some reason, the parcel cannot be signed for, our logistics partner will leave a card to contact the local distribution centre. The onus is on the customer to contact the logistics company to arrange delivery.
